Essential duties and responsibilities

Manage the process of project briefings, file transfers, file integrity, work standards and responsibilities, timelines and resource scheduling as it relates to our digital/print and executional art mandates, including but not limited to:

• Oversee all refinement of work through to the hand-off of final specifications or artwork

• Ensure files are created to digital and/or printing specifications

• Ensure that client artwork is delivered to specification, on time and within budget

• Oversee the creation of mock-ups of artwork for client approval

• Check vendor proofs of artwork produced to assure that all files have been output properly and the job is ready to be printed

• Quality control –- Ensure all outgoing work is error free and revisions are conducted in a timely manner

• Workflow and process engineering

• Interact with clients and suppliers, representing TFL’s expertise in digital and print production

• Participate in discussions surrounding planning and execution and manage client expectations as it pertains to project timelines and processes

• Stay knowledgeable of current digital, print and regulatory trends/processes

• Interface with the team as it relates to the development of key elements and applications for client solutions

• Attend client meetings to ensure project components move forward at the level of expectation

• You are extremely proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint


Education and/or experience

• You should have a minimum of 8 years of studio experience with graphic design sensitivities. You will have experience in an advertising, marketing or creative studio environment

• You will have completed a degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field
