At Perennial Inc. ("Perennial"), we are committed to your privacy. Thus we do not distribute, rent or sell any of your Personal Information to third parties.

For the purposes of this privacy policy, "Personal Information" means information about an identifiable individual that is recorded in any form, but does not include that which is aggregated in such a manner that it cannot be connected to you and/or information which is publicly listed in a written or online directory or typically made available through directory assistance.

Perennial collects your Personal Information for the following purposes:
    - to respond to any correspondence you may direct to us;
    - to meet legal and regulatory requirements; and
    - provide you with information about Perennial.
Unless required by law, or in connection with a business transaction, Perennial shall not use or disclose Personal Information for any purpose other than those described above without first identifying and documenting the new purpose and obtaining your consent, where such consent may not reasonably be implied.

As noted above, Perennial does not disclose your Personal Information to third parties. Notwithstanding, your Personal Information may be disclosed in accordance with the foregoing paragraph, and to third party suppliers, contractors and agents ("Affiliates") who are contracted by Perennial to assist it in providing and developing products and services. Such Affiliates will only use your Personal Information for the purposes identified above. In the event your Personal Information is disclosed to a third party pursuant to a business transaction, Perennial will ensure that it has entered into an agreement under which the collection, use and disclosure of the information is related to those purposes that relate to the transaction.

Subject to the foregoing, only Perennial's and Affiliates' employees with a business need to know, or whose duties reasonably so require, are granted access to Personal Information about customers. All such employees will be required as a condition of employment to contractually respect the confidentiality of Personal Information.

Perennial will invoke reasonable measures to protect Personal Information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. The nature of the safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity of the information that has been collected, the amount, distribution and format of the information, and the method of storage. Perennial operates computer networks that are protected by industry standard firewalls and password protection. Appropriate physical and managerial security is also in place, including but not limited to the execution by our employees of a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement as a standard practice of our hiring and employment.
