With competing dealers standing side-by-side and just a short time to make an impression, the centre aisle of a mall is retail's answer to speed dating. Given that so many merchants are vying for customer attention, Solo mobile came to us for a kiosk design that looked great and had the personality to match. It also had to build trust with customers and keep them interested enough to want to explore all that Solo has to offer.

 
IT ALL COMES DOWN TO CHEMISTRY

The new kiosk was sleek, modern and engaging. A design based on the distinctive dotted line in Solo's logo gave it a shape that moved in all the right ways. Integrated product displays and multimedia components were used to surprise, intrigue and connect with consumers. We got rid of the standard counters too, in favour of varied heights that encouraged customers to browse, chat, and even sit for a while. Its clean look, created with bright, durable materials, was sure to get Solo noticed. But we also added an eight-foot cantilevered arm, branded at the top, with a backlit identity on all four sides - just in case.
