Despite offering a first-class service, Canada Post was a business pretty set in its ways. But that all changed when they approached Perennial for a brave rebrand. And what better challenge than giving one of the country's best-known names the modern store design it so deserved? Specifically, an improved customer experience and store space that would bring people, business, and government together. 

 
LEAVING OUR STAMP

As we thought, breathing life into one of Canada's longest-standing retail presences was a great challenge. We had to address the fact that, despite being such an established institution, customers still found its product lines confusing. So we simplified them with colour-themed areas. We introduced new products, too - clever ones that complemented the classic postal services. With a consistent approach to graphics and communications, we used contemporary finishes to reflect the bold nature of the brand, coming together to create a retail experience that's bumped sales 158%.
