And with so many financial services providers making a meal out of banking, they created President's Choice Financial - a revolutionary, no-fee virtual bank partnership between LCL and CIBC. Our role in it all? Help the transition from food to finance.

 
COOKING UP A STORM

We started by translating PC's reputation for innovation to this brand new offer, letting customers know they can bank their way - be it online, by phone, or in person. Then we created an in-store pavilion with a friendly, "non-bank" feel. For a bit of flavour, we added food-related communications - like an "Unbeatable eatable mortgage" - that drove customer acquisition and connected the offer to the supermarket, making for a seamless transition from aisle to ATM. To top it all off, we developed versatile marketing approaches that worked both in and out of the store, as well as online. All making for a quite remarkable 80% loyalty index rating and an expanded portfolio of bank services. A true recipe for success.
