Dossier Proves that
Staples Means Business
 
FROM CLOCKING IN...

While Staples might be a household name for all things stationery, they're more than just paper and pens. Experts in business technology and other fine details that give companies the winning edge, they wanted to create an entirely new concept for small format stores ranging from 2,500 - 5,000 sq. ft. These new Business Depots, which we named "Dossier", would position Staples as the definitive specialists in providing companies with all the office supplies they need to make light work of any workload.

 
...TO GETTING THE PROMOTION

With its own retail strategy and strong identity, we developed an approach that could be translated to both French and English contexts. Through a unique "office-away-from-the-office" design, we created a store environment complete with dedicated departments for each key business function. And we strategically designed colour-coded directional signage to elevate departments and make navigation easier. Having managed the entire project from concept creation through to staff uniforms, we're delighted this fresh approach for Staples has attracted attention, increased store traffic, and continues to exceed projected sales.
