ACT 1: SETTING THE SCENE

With a brand essence focused on "performance", Sunoco came to Perennial for an enhanced on-pad and in-store experience. That meant strengthening retail brand awareness and increasing revenue potential, while satisfying the customer's need for quality, speed, and convenience. 

 
ACT 2: SHOW-STOPPING DESIGN

We began by bringing the established Sunoco colours to all new communications, guaranteeing consistency. We redesigned the car wash and store exteriors too, creating a uniform treatment across all materials and architectural features. Then we developed a new in-store zone plan to reorganize key products and make navigation easier. With an average increase of 17% (up to 50%) in same-store performance, and retrofits based on our model still being built, that's as good as a standing ovation from Sunoco's customers.
