STAKING A CLAIM

Some say home is where the heart is. But when they came to us, The Home Depot weren't feeling quite as loved as they wanted. Store navigation was proving to be a stumbling block and products weren't communicating their true benefits. In short, they were looking for a fresh new approach. So we set about simplifying the store, showcasing that there's only one place you need to visit if you've got a fixer-upper on your hands.
 
A FEW HOME COMFORTS

Big warehouse stores aren't always the coziest of places. Starting with Home Depot "Centrals", we created hubs for customers to find inspiration and source product knowledge across any number of channels. We also grouped complementary products together, introduced innovative touchscreen kiosks, and added helpful content to signage throughout the store. From professional home improvers to casual DIYers, we designed a more intuitive space for customers to find their way, rendering the big box shopping experience comfortable and inviting for everyone.
