As a leading beauty brand in Europe and Quebec, Yves Rocher looked to Perennial to help attract a new target market - the Anglo-Canadian female. With over 50 years as a top skin care and cosmetics company, they certainly had the know-how to do just that. What they needed was a communications and design approach that would appeal to the Anglo consumer, create awareness of the brand, and ultimately drive sales.  

 
BEAUTIFYING THE BRAND

Using Yves Rocher's existing brand pillars, we decided to focus on what their business was all about, defining their unique position as Botanical Beauty Experts. Our communications approach followed suit, bringing this distinct brand promise to the forefront through on-shelf signage that spoke to Yves Rocher's ability to meet any beauty need, and perimeter photography that injected stores with vivid botanical imagery. On a larger scale, we revitalized the entire retail space with new areas for customer engagement, an enhanced spa offering, a makeup area bursting with energy, and clearer merchandising throughout. With the enhanced store perfectly positioned to help customers reveal their most beautiful, natural selves, we were delighted to see a 20% sales increase in the first few days and a design approach that'll be used across Canada.
